I never cared for Carmel Apples until I tasted Miriam's "Turtle Carmel Apple". Her apples cover thickly covered in Carmel, Pecans, and Milk Chocolate. I always order at least 4 Turtle Apples every time she sells them at an event. I regret that the only time I can get them is in the Fall but I always look forward to the next fall season. Miriam makes a lot of different Carmel Apples that you cannot get in a store. Whatever type of Carmel Apple she makes, it is always generously covered in Carmel and Chocolate. Miriam's Turtle Carmel Apple is the only Carmel Apple that I will eat.
